- Rating and feedback systems
Important: We are a technology platform, not a transportation provider. Drivers are independent contractors, not our employees.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 General Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You must not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
- You must provide accurate and complete information
3.2 Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least one year
- Vehicle meeting our safety and quality standards
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Successful completion of background check
- Compliance with all local transportation regulations
3.3 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are liable for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.3 Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain valid licenses, registration, and insurance
- Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
- Accept rides without discrimination
- Complete trips in a timely and efficient manner
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
- Fees are calculated based on time, distance, and demand
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, or cancellations
- Pricing may vary during peak demand periods
- All prices include applicable taxes where required
5.2 Payment Processing
- Payment is processed automatically through your selected payment method
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
- Driver payments are processed according to our driver payment terms
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
5.3 Disputes
- Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days
- We will investigate disputes in good faith
- Final decisions on disputes are at our discretion
- Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Trip Cancellations
- Rides may be cancelled by riders or drivers under certain circumstances
- Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and circumstances
- Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions
6.2 Refunds
- Refunds are provided for service failures or billing errors
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels
- Processing time varies by payment method
- We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent refund requests
7. Safety and Insurance
7.1 Safety Measures
- We implement various safety features and protocols
- Drivers undergo background checks and vehicle inspections
- Emergency assistance features are available in the app
- Users should report safety concerns immediately
7.2 Insurance Coverage
- Drivers must maintain personal vehicle insurance
- Additional commercial insurance may be provided during active trips
- Coverage details vary by location and regulations
- Users should review insurance terms carefully
8. Intellectual Property
All content and technology provided through our Services are protected by intellectual property laws:
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are our property
- The mobile application and platform technology are proprietary
- Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
- User-generated content may be used according to our privacy policy
9. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months

- Drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own actions

11. Dispute Resolution
